SRRV-Military: Draftees as well as Career?

    You have a DD Fm 214, it doesn't matter. Honorable Discharge. The only problem I had was I had an immigrant visa, these are only for non-immigrant/visitor visa holders.

    I suppose the proof of monthly income would apply to the “mil” courtesy SRRV. The other courtesy SRRV is the one where ex-Filipina-o and spouse apply with only 1.5K bank deposit, $1.7K application fees, NO proof of any monthly pension/annuity/SSA check required, and I suppose must be 50. The one that we obtained was the latter. It is sometimes referred to by our SRRV consultant as the “balikbayan SRRV”.
