    :facepalm: Until they Install our new A/C in the master bedroom, we are using a stand fan It is at the Moment really on 24/7 Is this good or should I be turning it off for a while every now and then? It is not about cost but about the effect on the fan. :whistling:

    Ours in living area goes on at 7am and off at 9pm,when it wears out we buy new or get fixed,still running well at moment after 2 years.

    No problem to run a fan 24/7 just as long as you stop it once in a while to clean the fan blades.
