    I thought after 21 years i couldn't be shocked any more but o how I was wrong! Wife and I Went to my bank today to withdraw my monthly budget. They had around 100 customers sitting around waiting because they were off line and even cell networks were out. (Not the surprise) they could accept deposits to record later but no withdrawals. we decided to just sit in the air conditioning and i was happy bird watching hoping for the best. The shock came after most gave up and left. Suddenly they called us to the counter and explained they could not access my account but would give me the cash anyway... we were the only ones to prevail. Would you be shocked? Haahaa

    That outage apparently went as far as cebu city. I bought a smart simcard to make use of the secondary card slot the same day and was really surprised by their far superior data performance. Going to stick with smart for mobile data for now.
