I got an odd request (or so I think) on the DI Facebook. Does anyone know where a Filipino can get swimming lessons? I could just be translating wrong though. I read it as, "Do you have an idea where you can get swimming lessons in Dumaguete?"
That does not seem like a funny request to me. Very few of the Filipinas I ask know who to swim. The funny part is that this country has 7,107 islands, so you are always close to water... but you never learn to swim . Of course if they cute, Filipinas only, I would offer free lessons. Although I have not given any lessons yet over 15 minutes, I thnk the cute one deserve an extended class two days and one night at a local resort.. hahahahahaha
We go swiming at the Aqua Center, when school holidays are on their is swimming lesions last time it was 7am to 10am , i think it was for all ages .
i am the reason they put a ladder on the pool they got sick of 3 pinoys having to roll me out at the deep end every day true story
Alex I am sure you do yourself an injustice, I have never seen 1 let alone 3 locals that can operate a Hi ab with any sense and safety Just Kidding me ole matey JP
It's odd because it involves a local admitting they don't know how to do something. I have thought the exact same thing. And then so many regularly take decrepit ferries to get from point A to point B. Swimming would be one of the first things I would be wanting to learn how to do.
She was cute. I didn't mention it in the first post because I wanted some actual advice. Thanks. I've relayed this information to her.
