Bohol taxi/shuttle from airport and motorbike hire in Tagbilaran

what is the situation re transport at Tagb airport. How much is the taxi into town (and also to Alona, should I decide to go immeadiately there? Last time I was there in 2007, the trike fare from the port was a steep, for those days at least 200. I would imagine it has increased.

can anyone suggest an inexpensive hotel (ideally no more than 800) in town with wifi, centrally located?

I will be going to Alona at some point to stay for maybe a week, I know where I want to stay there, also where to hire a motorbike inexpensively but I want a bike to tour round the main Bohol island and visit various towns on it, it would be more convenient for me to find a hirer in Tagb town. That way I would not have to take the bike back to Panglao when my time on Bohol is up.
