Has anyone tried Tinto? It is a nicely furnished/decorated Spanish tapas style restaurant on EJ Blanco street. Take boulevard to Hayahay/Racer area, left turn about a kilometer on right side past Ciao Bella before Sierra Hotel. Had breakfast there, will try lunch today.

Been there a couple of times only for diner. As said inside nice furnitures and decoration. The choice of menu's is limited. Quality of food acceptable. The staff is not so alert except for good old mr. Ed, who used to work as barkeeper in Ching Loon. Mathematic is not their strongest skills. When ordering garlic rice i.s.o. the standard plain rice, they charge for the full amount of garlic. Upon my question whether plain rice is for free, initially no answer, after some discussion, the bill has been corrected.

Lunch was good. The three of us said it was good enough to return. The chicken cordon bleu was small but good.
