    That's not what the U.S. Embassy says at this site just now. See where it says " Important Announcements".

    It says :
    IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
    There has been no change in US visa policy for Philippine citizens wishing to travel to the United States. The Philippines has not been added to the list of countries eligible for participation in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). If there are any changes regarding VWP-participant countries, the information will be reflected on this website.

    No visas for Filipinos is not true the US embassy said this is incorrect, they still need visas.

    "Wow, it seems kind of quiet in this town today. Where did all the chicks go? Hello? Anybody there?"

    The U.S. is building a wall on the Mexican border. And we're just going to allow citizens from even poorer countries to go there without a visa? I don't think so.
