I don't have any inside track, but judging from the looks of it, I would say they have another good year of work ahead of them.

Although I recall reading somewhere at some time a projected opening of September this year....for that to happen would require a near miracle by my reckoning...

 

They say they will be opening soon...

 

Yep, still a mess of concrete. Should be good enough for an update for another year.

on the other side. time is relative, instead of soon they should print the well known Duma - phrase "No,maybe next week" on the banner, than we all know it won't happen...

wasn't official opening date 3rd quarter 2007 ???

 

I believe they are fast tracking this time...Target is October, and that exterior is almost finished because they won't be applying finishing on the concrete or applying paint coatings. As I see it, it will be mostly claddings and glass, and so far the braces are already in place. They should be putting on the claddings to cover the spaces between the steel bars, and the exterior will be finished. Then the tenants can start renovating their spaces. I guess the last quarter of the year would be reasonable enough for a target.

 

of course each tenant brings his own generator for light and aircon as a the own water.... man there is nothing but nothing done inside that concrete walls... (as I can't say under the roof)

It doesn't really much matter. The roads won't be done, will they?
