The US government is currently scheduled to shut down Saturday at midnight EST, before the new fiscal year begins Oct. 1. Many federal workers may be furloughed and the military will not get paychecks, as well as many other disruptions. However, SSA and military disability deposits will be sent as usual.
Comes up every few years Stock market may dip for a few days or a week Then a vote to raise the debt ceiling will pass. See you again in 2 years. Option 2- temporary funding for 6 months, then see scenario above The government is unable to shoe financial responsibility and this is where the American society is also.
No worries. Biden will make sure Ukraine is rolling in cash, and no one will do a dam thing about it.
There is a tunnel system that runs through out most the City that extends even to China town, but Highly doubt there is a tunnel from San Fran to China. If NATO told Biden to build one for 50 trillion dollars of USA Taxpayers money, than of coarse it would be built. Added note..... Shutdown averted for now BUT- However, with a majority of lawmakers keen to avert a shutdown, one of the faction's key demands - no more US funding for Ukraine's defence against its invasion by Russia - is reflected in the bill. In a statement released shortly after the Senate vote, President Joe Biden said "extreme House Republicans" had sought to create a "manufactured crisis", and urged Speaker McCarthy to allow a further funding deal for Ukraine to pass without delay. He said: "We cannot under any circumstances allow American support for Ukraine to be interrupted. "I fully expect the Speaker will keep his commitment to the people of Ukraine and secure passage of the support needed to help Ukraine at this critical moment." lol, Just can't make this garbage up!
I used to be a democrat then I used to be a republican now I am apolitical. I believe all political candidates need to be under age 69, particularly president candidates.
I believe it's almost unimportant whether presidents are under age 69 or over age 105. Or something in between. Presidents are nothing but willing tools to implement rules made by different decisionmakers. The strings are pulled by non - politicians. Furthermore I do believe it's pretty unimportant to which political party a president belongs. Whereever he comes from, he has to do what he get told.
