    In Dumaguete all banks have a 4 month waiting period for Social Security for withdrawal of monthly benefits. Please help me find one that doesn't.

    You would get better information and advice if we knew what Country you are from. It can make a World of difference. USA for EG; has a Philippines agreement and a direct deposit form that allows funds right away. Other Countries have such agreements and forms. Google>> (your country* direct deposit form* Philippines) Also Embassy and Consulate of your origin Country, here in the Philippines. Make some emails and calls and best of luck.
