    I want to open a small bakery near Gingoog City. I am looking for used equipment Oven, roller, Baking pans. please PM if you can help.

    A small question to the potential bakery operator. I'm sure that you are doing all your "what if's" and will know the answer to this one.

    Which is the better proposition: gas & electric utilities or all electric?

    oKay here you go

    davfitz you live here and ask this question? Okay due to Electricity not being the most reliable source of power. I would choose gas for my oven. however the roller does use Electricity No way around it. I have a great location I am in the middle of two brgy. Which either have a bakeshop, nearest bakeshop is 10k away.

    AND ...are you going to have yeast raised glazed and yeast raised chocolate frosted donuts???
