That is a very odd place for someone to "hide" some drugs. Why would you place some drugs you intended to use or sell in a place that could easily be lost, fall out or seen by a random person standing by watching you open your bike seat. Drug users/sellers know that their activities are illegal and even the laziest of them will take even the slightest bit of action to conceal the drugs in transit. The guy must have touched the sachet prior to putting it in there, a partial fingerprint matching his should be more than enough evidence to put him away.

The cops cynical laugh and joy at the boys surprised reaction makes it seem as if he knew what was going to be found there. Not saying the driver is innocent of past crimes or that he doesn't deserve what he got, just that this looks very suspicious. /opinion

 

And why wouldnt he give the key to the police to unlock the bike seat? They had to get a locksmith to open it!

 

I was wondering that as well. Maybe the guy was scared the police would plant evidence? Or maybe he knew he didn't hide his drugs well and knew what would be found?

We don't really know what happened before the start of that video. He may very well be guilty or, given the reputation of the PNP, could very well be innocent.

 

Whatever happens im sure he will be locked up for some time for past crimes that were filed against him in 2010 and im sure he wont be getting bail anytime soon.
