    Again, on my return flight from Singapore about 6 weeks ago, I arrived at Manila Airport.
    I went through immigration along with everyone else.
    Not knowing what immigration wanted, I handed the officer my USA passport, my ACR-I card and my Philippine drivers license.
    He looked at everything....stamped my passport and smiled and said "welcome home".
    A nice touch

    That was nice. Did he issue you a balikbayan visa or a regular one?
