I live about 1.5 KM sound of the Mall. This morning about 6 AM I hear drums in the distance, coming closer. Soon they are very loud as they past by my house. Since I am on a dead end street they have to come back. There is a lead car and a flatbed truck with guys pounding on Base Drums as load as they can be. No loud speakers announcing anything, or signs the I can see. Does anyone know the reason for this level of noise insantity at 6 AM on Sunday morning? O-|

    They're pre-announcing the event.

In Bacong there is a drum band that is practicing all year round and producing during holidays and special events (also all year round).
I guess some Bacong neighbours have introduced your neighbourhood as "special event" in order to get some rest.
PS/ they play only between 10 PM and & 7 AM.
