What little I could translate on the evening news, sounded like nothing is headed out into the water because of the storm. I was going to take the Ceres via barge to Cebu tomorrow morning, but it doesn't look like it's going to be possible
I would be willing to bet Maayo will go. We have been on it when the slosh from the waves were going clear over the top of the trucks and buses, and over the other side. Don't start worrying about it until they start tying the trucks and buses down the second time (adding more ropes midway). Larry
