Where can I find a file to download the ECC form.
Can not find any form at BI website.

I will be prepered when coming to BI.

Unfortunately, this is one of the forms that can only be obtained from the Immigration Office. They are not Downloadable. However, you could try the visa service above the Dumaguete BOI Office, they may have some left over from when they did ECC applications.

The ECC escapade, is now only by Personal Visit to CEBU. Broadside did a great job, of explaining the procedure, not long ago. If I can find the Thread/Post, I will post it. maybe though, someone a lot quicker than me will do it for you

During page 8, can not find the info there, so during which Title there is the information?

 

JP clearly told you to scroll to ITEM 8, not page 8, so listen very carefully, I will say this only once !!

Click on to the Expat Section of this forum.
In that section, now go to page 2.
Scroll down to the thread entitled "Procedure to get Exit Clearance" and click.
Now scroll down to item 8 on that thread and all you need to know is there.

You get the form in person, and you must appear in person for finger prints.

I made a new topic guide just now, waiting for it to be approved. Should help a LOT if your going to get ECC in Cebu.
