Where can I get the best exercycle? (stationary bicycle)

I'm trying to find a health-club quality exercycle. Does anyone have any information on how to score one of these things?

 

I just texted 2 guys here and both purchased it in Cebu. According to them they could not find any quality piece here.

One bought a stationary exercise bike at Hypermart (they had a sale a year ago or so) and the life-span was not that long. The one he bought in Cebu and is using now daily is 8 month old and had no issues. He paid somewhere around 16k.

if you aren't set on a exercise bike, consider a rebounder.

you'll probably have to order from the states but i think you get a lot more beneficial exercise, in less time, for your money.
