    Since when did BIR move?
    Last year it was still near the cemetary.
    Is it in the new building next to Registry of deeds?

    you stand in the middle of nowhere if you drive to that marked spot somewhere up the Valencia Road. Guru was correct at the time he wrote the post, the BIR moved last year from across Freedom Park to their new Building in Taclobo:
