    "tile polisher"

Either a place that rents a tile polisher, or a service that comes in a does it for me.

The rental house I am in is approximately 10 years old and has a marble floor made up of approximate 4 " x 8" tiles which most likely have never really been cleaned. I would like to clean and polish the floors. I would like to really clean them up as I think they would look really good. I am looking for a "tile polisher" I think. Those hand held portable machines that have a spinning disk for polishing floors.

Also if anyone know about a floor stripper for stripping wax and dirt off the floor that may be helpful.

Yesterday they were using one in Citi Hardware to polish the concrete floor but it was non-rental united used for inside the store. A new unit was approximately 22,000 P, a be steep just to clean my floor once but maybe if I could put a blade on it I could cut the law too when ever I want.

if your tiles are laid like most here eg Rob Mall, better look out for flying tiles when you start polishing with a machine lol

Matiao and the New Cang's have wax stripper in industrial containers, maybe smaller, did not see those though...
The "Tile Polisher" come in different sizes, depending on the size of the Coconut that they are made from and the physical appearance of the Boy/Girl polishing the floor...

hey larry, congrats to you and the little woman.

can the ''where to find'' list have subfolders with their own lists that are editable/updateable by members like wikipedia? this would be for items like restaurants, printing shops, clothing stores, hardware, how to log on to this forum so you don't get logged off every time you click on a link, etc.. this would save the admins a bunch of work!

Hey Norm, Thanks. Try clicking the "remember me" button when you log in. Hi tech, you know!

The problem Norm is experiencing, is maybe because of his Browser settings, in my case, I have JAVA Script turned off and that makes the "Remember Me" button inactive...

thanks but i'm no longer experiencing the log on problem since larry_h tipped me off to the ''remember me'' thingie. tho, it's strange that i've never had to check ''remember me'' on a website or the 3 other forums i'm on that use this same forum software.

    now, here's another forum oddity...
i've been mumbling about the forum not showing messages posted in current time and i just noticed that if i click on ''what's new?'' on the forum homepage when NOT logged in, it shows the current messages 8 hours late and if i click on ''what's new?'' WHEN logged on , it shows the messages in current time. what's up with that? i have my setting set for GMT time +8 bejing, perth, singapore, hong kong.

thanks for trying to help, guys...
