How to Where to find Load Central Retailer for MOL Points

I'm new here in Dumaguete and I'm struggling to find a load central retailer that can load MOL Points. I don't want to embarrass myself asking for the wrong stuff in a wrong location. Hope someone can help me here.

I'm considering using western union if I can't find a Load Central Retailer around. Load Central is less hassle than Western Union.

I guess so. I've been using this since 2 years ago so I'm sure this is legit. And MOL is used in Asian wide or worldwide I guess. This is for people who don't like to use paypal/credit card to buy things in the internet ^_^

 

I think you miss the point my friend it is not how you pay, it is that mr President is having a Purge on gambling and as I say Internet gambling may well be his next target as was Pornography on line + all the other things he has in his head of late
All I am saying is IF it were for Online Gambling be careful
