I've always stayed at Bethel Guest House for my 5-6 times visiting Dumaguete, except for World Pension once and another place I forgot the name of ( 1 or 2 blocks South of the plaza on a corner of the West side). We will be staying for 3 weeks in Sept. All I need is A/C, TV & internet. Any suggestions from first hand experience?

Casa Grande has had some good reviews. They have a real good American Breakfast and wifi available in the restaurant. A few blocks from the center but hundreds of trikes pass by.

We have stayed in Check Inn, Novo, C&L, and Nicanor. All beat Bethel hands down, and for quite a bit less money.

The ones I listed all start around P800 for a double room with TV, hot water, etc.
