    Does anyone know if its possible to process a 13a at the dumaguete office now? Or where exactly in Cebu is the Consulate..I hate going to Manila... Theres a new immigration commissioner that has re-established new policies and even on the BI website it says the field offices may not be aware of the changes..

    Dumagiete does not process the 13a visa,only tourist visas. Cebu is your nearest office. Located at j-center mall, mandaue.

    So there is no set prearranged Appointment/ take a number type scenarios? You turn up to something akin of of the Running of the Bulls and hope you get seen? o_O

    Brian, get there at 7.30am and you may be in Luck BUT... it is a 3/4 day turn around, Come back So and so for your Passport and OR, OK if you don't need you passport for anything else like a Police or Immigration Check
    Against all rules of our Embassy's BOI have an Agenda :rolleyes:

    Dumaguete is also a zoo right now... They said come back in 8 calendar days to get a signature on my passport extension. So go early if you can. They said go in at 8 AM, but i always found in the past, 4 PM on Wednesday or Thursday was good because they were lonely and bored...
