I have an Irish surname and was flying a lot and never had this problem. There has been many posts and even a video on Facebook regarding people queuing for a long time then being told the ferry is fully booked but then the fixers can still get you onboard.<br />
Somebody even reported that once the &quot;fully booked&quot; ferry had left the port that there were still empty seats.<br />

BOC - Bureau of Customs, implented a new electronic declaration system for travellers arriving at NAIA Terminal 1.<br />
<br />
Now you can 48 hours prior to your arrival declare your goods and / or money online. Once done you will get a QR Code by mail which you have to present after your arrival to customs.<br />

Very similar to the OHP.<br />
Basically it replaces the customs declaration card you usually get from your airline. <br />

now the border are open. But I can&#039;t image how it works now. If there are some tourists, how they can visit Negros Oriental, Siquijor, Cebu and Negros Occidental? It&#039;s hard to find all the requirements for every Island.<br />

Maayo Shipping resumed their trips between Cebu and Dumaguete by 8 March. Maayo Shipping reminded the passengers for Cebu bound from Negros Oriental, there will be no documents needed before boarding.<br />
However, passengers/cargoes bound for for Negros, necessary documents are needed and must be presented to the Coast Guard Office in Liloan, Cebu.<br />
