Once you enter, the terminal features a wide array of shops and eateries—ideal for grabbing a snack or finishing up some last-minute shopping. United’s lounge stood out: cozy seating, good food and beverage options, and even showers available if you wanted to refresh before a long journey. The boarding process was well-organized and punctual, which I found pleasing. In general, Terminal 2 provided a delightful beginning to my journey, and United Airlines integrated smoothly into the overall experience. If you're traveling with United from Heathrow, Terminal 2 provides an excellent mix of comfort, efficiency, and facilities that certainly enhance the trip.
