THE SMALLER COTTAGE

Monthly rental – 12,000 pesos fully furnished ( excluding electricity, internet and cable tv. The water is FREE)
OR 18,000 pesos with ALL EXTRAS (electricity is on cap of 2,000 pesos per month)

The smaller cottage can be rented per day basis as well only for 1,200 pesos a day.

THE BIGGER COTTAGE

(the one on the right closer to the water) ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BATHROOM

FULLY FURNISHED ( comes with a fridge, 32 inch LED tv, lounge set, dining, cooking stove, a double bedm airconditioner, microwave, cooking stove, hot and cold shower, rice cooker, electric keetle, hot and cold shower (just about everything you need all you need to move in just your clothes!- all furnitures are brand new because the properly is newly built)

Monthly rental – 20,000 pesos fully furnished (excluding electricity, interney and cable tv)
OR 25,000 pesos with all the extras ( electricity CAP OF 2,000 pesos a month, cable tv and internet)
OR 1,700 pesos per day.

The property is fully secured with a ²⁴⁄₇ caretaker that does all the cleaning (outside only for long term tenants) and will serve as a handyman if tenants need repairs or wants to get anything done within the property. This is meant to be our holiday house but unfortunately because of our new business investment we are not quite sure of our future plans so we decided to have it rented rather than let it sit there without being used. We would like expats and Filipinos to enjoy and just have the best holiday one can ever ask for. ( NO KARAOKE AND NOISY NEIGHBOURS TO WORRY ABOUT!) The beach is made of small peebles, no sharp rocks or corals to be concerned about. ( preferably couples)
