I.          GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICES

   A.   Schematic Designing

   B.   Design Development-finalization of desingns and plans

   C.   Contract Documents-complete sets of working drawings

   D.   Site Supervision

II.          PROFESSIONAL FEE

   A.   Architect’s Professional Fee:  5%-10% of the Estimated Total Construction Cost

III. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

   A.   50% downpayment upon receiving the complete sets of working drawings.

   B.   50% balance shall be availed in progress billing up to the completion of the project.

IV. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

   A.   50% downpayment upon approval.

   B.   40% for the next billing.

   C.   10% upon completion of the project.

V. SPECIAL PROMO

  A.     House designing(plans not included)- Php3,000.00 per page only

   B.    Working drawing plans using Autocad/Revit(design should be provided already)- Php1,200.00 per page only

   C.    House design perspective view using 3d along with signed & sealed architectural plans(structural, electrical, and mechanical plans are not included)-      Php15,000.00 only

   D.    Construction services- under administration system
