Writing something about a certain place is absolutely different when you experience the thrill in traveling in a certain destination. Often times, when you write about a tourist spot and you had never been there, you won’t exactly know how to describe it well as all you do is search about it. Being a traveler, I have the advantage to explore the places that I like. To add to this, having a family who also loves traveling is a bonus.

Now, I would like to share my own thoughts about our recent travel here in the island of Palawan located at the southwest part of Luzon, Philippines. This would be by part because we stayed in this island for a week. We had a lot of adventures and I have a lot of stories to tell. I hope you would follow my stories every part so that you would know how amazing this island is. First, let me give you a little information about this island. Palawan is actually the largest province in the Philippines in terms of total area. The capital of Palawan is Puerto Princesa City where the airport is also located. Palawan is surrounded with small islands all over the place stretch. Palawan’s coastline is almost 2,000 kilometers which is mainly composed of 1,780 islands and islets, white sand beaches, rock formations, and caves. It also has a huge stretch of virgin forests that supports the chain of mountain peaks. Palawan also has Flora and Fauna which is rare in the Philippine. Palawan is one of the famous tourists destinations in our country. As a matter of fact, this place is always featured in many places around the world. Palawan is indeed a paradise and traveling to this destination makes you forget about your sorrows and problems.

Back to my story about this place, as i have said Palawan is a big island so we had explored the places per day. We did not even finish all the island hopping tours because one week is not enough.  Anyway, on our first day, we arrived at the Puerto Princesa Airport at around 11 am. Then we went to one famous restaurant in the island which is the Kalui seafood restaurant. We ate a lot and we were very satisfied with their food and also the wonderful and unique structures of their place. We took some photos and we relaxed for a while as we will have approximately about 6 hours of travel going to the municipality  of El Nido Palawan which is in the most northern part of Palawan.

El Nido Palawan is our first destination. As we reach the place at around 7 pm, we stayed at Telasfora hotel. We settled in and had our dinner. We were so excited to have our island tour on the next day. So we had our rest. On the second day, we woke up around 5 am to see the sun rise in the island, but unfortunately, the weather was not good. But thank God around 8 am, it was a little sunny. So we had our breakfast before our island hopping. At exactly 9 am, we started our tour. The view is very beautiful. We chose tour A which is a visit of 5 different islands. El Nido has a lot of islands but we did not finish everything because we were already tired. So here are some of the the islands that we went.
