      <content:encoded><![CDATA[From what I read previously (experiences from others), I concluded that for interested customers with a solar installation Noreco doesn&#039;t really apply net-metering in its pure form. Instead I got the impression that Noreco pays only about half of what they charge you for any electricity that the customer delivers back to the grid.<br />
Proper net-metering would entail that the customer is only charged for their net consumption of electricity, in other words that the same rate would apply for both...<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Apparently, Metro Dumaguete Water (formerly the Dumaguete Water District) is going to invest <a href="https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/money/companies/961063/metro-dumaguete-water-announces-p534-m-investment-in-next-five-years/story/" target="_blank" class="externalLink" rel="nofollow">524 million</a> in improvements to their infrastructure in the next 5 years.<br />
The problem with that is that we&#039;re talking about a company with around 35,000 customers, most of whom pay the minimum charge of 200 peso a month for their water supply.<br />

Twice over the last year i have been searching for specific medications and used their website to enquire.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[The Noreco customer group on Facebook is overflowing recently with questions/complaints about multiple unannounced brownouts that last too long, in a whole bunch of locations.<br />
On top of that, 2 days ago a 10 MVA transformer exploded in Dauin, causing widespread brownouts there. As a temporary band-aid solution Noreco has put the Dauin load onto a transformer in Bagacay, Dumaguete, until that exploded transformer can be replaced, which may take fairly long (as in: several months).<br />

I can see why iron would be in the water but perhaps if no-one else has the problem it may be due more to my water tank being rusty inside (all pipework is plastic). <br />

The last time i bought a printer it was an Epson that had the ink tanks you could refill instead of cartridges.<br />

We have not had this type of insurance for quite a long time as we were in rental places so from memory this seems quite expensive.<br />
