Fine dining will be interesting and probably a short list. I can see Casablanca, Giovanni's (Dauin), Atmosphere Resort of places I've been to. I haven't eaten at Atlantis or Antulang.
A lot of people like KRI, El Dorado Resort, Pasta King, Why Not, not sure which category they fall in.
Kookoo's nest is probably the best food I have eaten and very good on pricing! A bit out of the way but well worth a visit. Family dining!
