For my Allergies, I just went to Rose pharmacy and asked for Ante-histamine tablets. Keeps things at bay but I can get a little drowsy about 3 pm but at least I am sleeping better. I have tried 2/3 different brands but alas, I have No names for you. PIRITON was what I had in Spain and the UK but have yet to find it here.

Best of luck as I know what you are going through.

Perhaps it is the vegetation and trash burning......somedays are worse than others.

How right you are, We spoke about this issue to my Doctor not long ago, she suggested that I change my Inhaler to one a little Stronger to Combat this but I am not a lover of Steroids which these Inhalers for Asthma contain. So I tend to stay as far away from Smoke and debris Dust as I can, which is very Hard some days. o_O

There is No easy Answer for these allergies and stuff. Grin and bear it i guess? or as the Doc says "Keep taking the tablet" Aghhhhhhhhhhhh:mad:

I feel extremely fortunate that I left my allergies behind in the US. If someone is having indoor allergy problems, you have to clean everything indoors so there is nothing to be allergic to, or filter the air to reduce the levels of whatever it is that is troubling you with a hepa filter. I know the filters are expensive but I think preferable to putting drugs in your body from now on. Possibly you could get by with one of those air ionizers, I believe they collect stuff from the air also and require rinsing out occasionally, might cost more to begin with but cheaper in the long run. You have my sympathy, I know allergies are miserable.
