So it wasn't a case of mistaken identity. Being a "basketball player" likely has absolutely nothing to do with the shooting. Finding 7 rounds at the site it seems that someone really wanted him dead for something he, or his family, had done. There has to be much more to that story. People don't just slap people for no reason and then for the victim to seek assistance from a human rights commission for a face slap? Really? Why not just go to the police and file a simple assault charge? I smell something is up here.......someone might not have wanted/was unable to pay their checkup bill and thought they were going to get something for free by acting a fool to getting a, likely deserved, face slap.

Care? Here someone's daughter, there someone's son. How can one care when all the 'gentle people' have voted against it. Just like in other places:
This shooting is not a result of a death squad organized from some corrupt politician. It is a shooting from someone stealing or not paying what they owe to a drug dealer.
