Again Dustin Point taken But the river rises more after the Northern Junob Area anything above that towards Valencia is a Low rise area. The Batinguel Elementary school area towards the Tidal Flow is the Problem area People just need to think ahead and leave a little earlier. Hmmmmmmmm or I am just not thinking Filipino here?
