This smells like some kind of scam to me. I wouldn't call that number if I were anyone on this forum. That's my take on it anyhow.

How do you know it is a "her" if you don't know who it is ? I still think you are pulling some scam. I see , you just popped in this forum as a new member just to ask this ? Don't you have any friends ? You are going to have to come up with a better scam than this one. I might have been born at night, but it wasn't last night.
I have no friends in Dumaguete since I'm not from that place. As you can see from the area code (035), I've googled it and the number came from Dumaguete. I am not from Dumaguete that's why I'm asking here in the forums. Think all the scams you want but I'm just asking here. Dami mong sinasabi may paborn born at night kapa.
Why don't you ask Globe if it is a real problem for you, it's Globe number. I am not biting. the bait. That's my opinion.
Sounds like someone is wanting some text mates. I would block the number or report them to Globe for abusive use.
