    I was asked if there were any ESL programs for foreign students in Dumaguete. Anyone here know of any reputable programs operating in the area?

    Maybe 2nd hand but seems good enough, In fact I would hazard a guess that any of the colleges/ UNI's could help with information. on ESL programs.

    i would think that the call centers may have some information on where they send their employees for brush up coarse, or where they look for graduates.

    I am quite sure that Korea, Japanese and Chinese youths have taken ESL programs at Silliman for a decade or more; i have talked to some in the nearby cafes (when i hear college-age kids speaking Korean, i often chat with them). Possibly at others like NORSU too....
