    He is not the sharpest tool in the shed. I wouldn't take much of what he says seriously. The fact that he was VP of the US is scary stuff though.

    Well technically his statement is correct. The banks were losing money faster than they were getting it. I read statement as a poke at the banks for mismanagement of their customers money, not a poke at the customers of the bank. Seems the sarcasm is dripping from that quote.
