Why on earth would you think that is what I meant? Of course I am not suggesting that. Perhaps I should re-word it for overly sensitive folks - " any Country who is trying to rid the world of ISIS, and any other Islamic Terrorist organisation".
I asked a question for clarification, that's it. Since we haven't ever met I can see where you might think it was me being "overly sensitive" but I assure you that was not the reason for my asking the question. Though I could have worded the question better.
Manners, respect, common sense, I think we are going off track or are we? Michael Farage (UKip) Euro-politician apparently offended people by what he said recently over what happen in Paris. The Pope is on a mission to try to bring tolerance and peace to different fractions of society. The more intelligent society becomes, the more we want to destroy it. While I would like to live in an ideal World, that creates advances for the good of all, can anybody really see that is happening? Until this World learns to forgive and forget the atrocities of the pass, there will never be peace. Maybe in the end,This World will be a waste land, created by Mans inhumanity to Man. Manners, respect, common sense., that's all it needed in the beginning.
Well JB the World started as a Barren Waste land did it not? maybe the "What goes round, comes Round" thing will be our Future and that was always the way it would be and what was in store for us in the end according to whichever theory one follows JP
I think it is good to toss out some positive things as well. Yesterday we were invited to the home of one of our former workers as they had a fiesta in their area. He was one of the older carpenters (62) who did so much work on the house and especially the Nipa. His son also worked for us, so other than those 2 guys I did not know any of the other folks that were there. Everyone was very hospitable and made me feel welcomed and even though we only spent a couple hours at his home it was a really good time. One thing I've noticed is that many Filipinos are nervous to speak English for one reason or another but after a few drinks they seem to open up a bit so I had a blast talking to a number of different folks. Anyone that has read my various posts can see that I had a lot of love for our workers (not so much for the electricians and plumbers); I really loved to see the you young guys that had little construction experience at the start of the house build and to see them evolve and how hard they all worked.
