Agreed but, The Plastic Refuse sacks would Disappear practically as soon as they were changed, Then of course as the days go by, the Trash cans/Receptacles would go missing as well but of course, No one will see this happen In Spain they were chained to the Floor, Surprisingly enough the sale of Hacksaws saw a sharp Increase. A good way to get rid of trash would be fantastic; when we lived at the last apartment there was a barrel to put your trash and it would be collected...other folks along the way just dropped their garbage on the other side of the road (rice fields on one side and houses on the other). As a kid growing up in the country (my HS years) we would burn our garbage...did not think much about it then but really do now. The only option (short of just throwing things on the side of the road) is to burn things; I don't feel great about it but limited options...cans and bottles can be recycled and have a guy that stops by to take them. Changing the mindset of just tossing a wrapper or such in the street would be too much here...I can not tell the number of times I've gotten on the kids about just tossing things out, frustrating to say the least as they see everyone else doing the same thing. I put things in my pocket so I can toss them later, in the village or on the streets. It was how I was raised. Shawn
