I could see one accidentally killing someone if they hit the person in the wrong place in the head and if someone had bitten my pecker I would probably give them a pretty good whack for doing so myself. I could see accidentally killing someone for that......but...she was 17! There is no real defense for that, even if the girl was lying to him. That is the nail in his coffin.
