    After watching Ned and Henry's video of the area of Dumaguete, I feel this might be a place for me to retire to. I was thinking of Thailand, but the red tape there just seems to get worse and worse. All I need now is to get on a plane and visit to see if it really fits my bill.

    1st I need to build up the funds for the holiday - long trip from SA (that's South Africa, not south Australia).
    and the ZAR is not so strong at the moment.
    Ideally need to spend some time in NCR, see some online pals. Then head south - lots of R&R on the beaches I think.
