    This is a feel good thread. I for one hope that Dumaguete and the surrounding area becomes home to hundreds of foreigners in the next year or two!

    Place is already over-crowded, Dumaguete can't cope. Noreco and it's brown outs, pollution and so on.

    The other morning Jack, about 3 am. Only lasted about an hour, woke up sweating soon as the fans stopped.:frown::frown:

    Well Jim, not wishing to be argumentative but at 3 am it is hardly a NORECO Brownout, more like a line down or a transformer malfunction, and at a 1 hour repair I think that is Bloody good by Philippines and certainly NORECO Standards, don't you? As i said to someone else not long ago, they ( Noreco have made big moves to get things sorted. We are getting no where near the amount of Brownouts we used to and then they are usually announced for major work to be carried out. :wink:
