I may have read this article incorrectly... is it human waste dumped in the swimming oceans or wasted humans? Which ever it is still disgusting. How many pesos will have to be spent to convince tourist to swim in these waters now? Only the wasted humans will swim with the human waste. I can hear is now "That looks like the burrito I ate last night floating over there" People need to learn to swim in clean waters like along the Boulevard Promenade...
Been going on for a number of yrs now there, and it's the philippines top tourist spot! When will they ever learn here, if it got out to the international press and tourist industry they would have to think again. I bet it isn't the only place it's happening either.

The hotels have been dumping raw sewage into the ocean there for at least 25 years that i know of,, some of the hotels were built without permits,,, It is not going to get any better unless government officials take their job seriously instead of using it as a way to make a good living out of a low salary..
