Best meal of my life is always right after I finish a deployment and get to Dubai. Always seems like it is anyways.

Usually the biggest and bloodiest cut of beef I can find with a large side of whiskey and then some more whiskey for desert. Also, Le Meridian hotel near the airport has a Irish pub behind it, "The Dubliner's", that serves some very awesome grilled lamb chops. After dinner I go to smoke some shisha at a hookah bar. Those Emirates know how to relax!

My favorite dessert I would love to share out so here goes. (Chocolate walnut marshmallow cake!) Get a chocolate cake mix that uses oil and egg and if you can find one with the extra fudge packet
then all the better. (bottom line is the darker and moisture batter, the better) Stir up the batter and add 3/4 cup of lightly crushed walnuts and pour into 2 round cake pans or one large rectangle pan. Once you have poured the batter in then push (in deep) all the large marshmallows you can without them touching each other. Cook at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Don't allow the marshmallows to burn. Good luck at pulling it off just right the first time around. Enjoy my Families favorite! Cheers!

The only thing you should put in a Single Malt...is your tongue! Anything else deserves a set up bagpipes up your bottom!
