That's some pretty hefty tax hikes! I can see a lot more people failing to pay their property taxes in future years.
YES! you are right, but will he accept some Blame, it is no wonder he will have to stagger the % upgrades over 4 years, The BIR Zoning assessments were done 4/5 years ago, Somewhere, someone has not acted and so there is now a shortfall from the dates we were Given But then, is that any Surprise to anyone? No doubt as with other things he will blame Perdices and say the Man should have done it before he moved up to the Big House. Maybe he should but............... Will he Take any Blame? OH!
