Bank accounts mentioned in a P130-million forfeiture petition against former Chief Justice Renato Corona and his wife Cristina that are subject to garnishment notices contain no cash. The spouses Corona are facing forfeiture cases before the Sandiganbayan’s Second Division in connection with the former magistrate’s alleged misdeclaration of his Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) from 2003 to 2010. In a report filed on March 12, 2015, Sheriff IV Alexander Valencia of the anti-graft court’s Second Division reported that he has “served notices of garnishment to the different banks and other financial institutions mentioned in the petition.” “Likewise, the undersigned caused the service of notices of attachment on different Registries of Deeds and Provincial/City Assessors in Metro Manila and Batangas,” he wrote. The is like publicizing the intent to arrest someone here and then wondering why they disappeared. A good example would be Jeane Napoles the daughter of Janet.
Well I would certainly appreciate any "intent to arrest" notification in case they ever decide to come after me. Since it is a screwed up practice I suspect they go all out with it, so, where can I get the RSS feed for who they intend to arrest?
yess , anyone here can dissapeare even the cops that killed the lawyer last year or corrupt congress man u name it , but for us foreighner they have waterproof pay system no body escapes this visa , visa extention , id card , finger prints , 750 pso terminal fee , they got it all covert for us nice forreign people it getting less fun in the ph
When do they do take fingerprints? Is that something for the resident visa? I believe that the US has much more strict rules on their visas than the Philippines does as well. I'm really happy they don't follow the US's example on tourist visas. Last several times I left the Philippines they had no terminal fee in Manila. They still had it in Dumaguete but it was less than 100 pesos.
finger prints been taken within 6 months ,inludes mug shot and they raised the terminal fee on any int flight outside the country but this goes for all the people leaving, unless u be deported hehe
Were you arrested? There is a travel tax for citizens and I believe resident visa holders. Tourists are excluded from this tax. Is that what you were talking about? Or is this the terminal fee they now include on the ticket prices?
