I know #10 is quite hard to implement:banghead: (just like helmets & etc.)first day scenario will be; all guys will lay down the streets and some will climb the padded d*mn trees:jawdrop:. No more boys will report at work and no one will be at home on time! they will be all around the d*mn trees and streets. And, poor Wife will have her peace of mind sleeping on the stolen foam installed from d*mn trees…:dead::dead::dead:

After a month or 2, all hot drop dead gorgeous young man aged 25-40 with a slight 6 packs will walk without shirts only with red necktie:cool::cool::cool:. Undies and trousers should be on for strict parental guidance:angelic:. Ladies will just sit in the boulevard drink the most expensive champagne spend all the money of the husband, buy what the d*mn hot young man wants!:wink::wink:

This is my final 2 cents, tomorrow I will behave decently. :cigar::cigar::cigar:

:wideyed: What a pity that the wonderful people of Dumaguete don't, seems only we, the people that can do nothing about things are the only ones that will think and put things up front to try and make the City a better Place.
I bet if you stood outside Lee Plaza or anywhere and asked 100 Locals the same questions about what They would like to see change for the better, you would see so many Shoulder Shrugs and the normal answers people give, What a Great Shame that the Indigenous among us that could, maybe help to get things moving are just not wanting to.
They really do live in a Yesterworld and it does not bother them One bit.
We can joke I think all we like but I would say it (The City) will be and look just the same in 10 years time. but Whoaaa how many times do we hear them moan?
Being the Age she is now and has been Following our discussions on this Thread, my Daughter has come to realize that we must all accept Change and to progress we must try and be part of the change, she said that if I help her (and I will as it will be my way of putting Ideas in heads that can matter) She will try and raise a Project next term to Highlight the need for some Change if only cosmetically, to her City, "The City of Gentle People"
We (they) must start somewhere and I am firmly convinced that these things can be best Started by People who will benefit the Most. Our Children and if the City Council can think Forward enough, ' these are Tomorrows Voters' and these things, should Start in the Schools.

"WOW" so deep before my 2nd Coffee :coffee:
I will continue to feed her Thoughts and Ideas and Hope that her Head of Year can see what she and those Class mates that want to help, are trying to Achieve.

    We can but Hope!

    Morning All.

I would like to see traffic laws enforced and make the boulevard a pedestrian precinct from 6pm Friday evening till 2am Sunday morning , so that we could have an alfresco cafe style experience.

It''s all good! I too do notice that a lot of Philippines forums focus on negativity a bit much.... but with all forums there is such diversity within members of different cultures, so that will always bring out the (ying & yangs) of it all. The funny thing about my original post is I am not even American! Just would love to see one store there that focused on quality goods! When I visit the area I will PM you and would love a beer to cheers. Thank you for such a poignant response!

I do and I don't agree with this. It would be nice if they had something like 6th street in Austin but I don't think there are enough businesses open past 6PM to justify it....and where would people find secure parking for their vehicles? I would feel very uncomfortable leaving my big bike parked 3 blocks away without a guard watching it. People with cars would have to worry about break ins as well. I think that restricting the big trucks from going down the boulevard would be a big help though.

Having grocery stores open earlier and later would be a plus. Sunrise shopping at the market and morning coffee is great, it would be nice to have more businesses open early too.

I quite think I would love to wake up next to a lady in a "super micro skirts for the girls and deeper plunging neck line of her shirts..:wink:" but that is just me :angelic:. I have always found sexy clothes on woman appeals to me but I have found the lingerie looks best when thrown on the floor next to the bed.  :wacky:
