I need to get a few items (like a TV/ some misc computer stuff) in a small storage area.. Does anyone know of a business that rents out storage units in the Dumaguete Area?

A friend on mine had mentioned starting a business like this but it never came to be.
I think the original idea was storage+buying household items from expats leaving and reselling to new expats coming in. Seems like a whole lot of work to me. Pricey start up as well. Land+building+initial inventory. I am surprised there is not at least ONE storage business in Dumaguete though. Gotta sell what you don't have room for our just get a bigger place. So you not have loft space available at your place?
