Results are just starting to come in but again it looks like the exit polls got it wrong again, also it is looking like the lib dems are going to get completely stuffed this time around
Labour are also looking worried at this point and not getting the results they expected, still it's going to be close!

Is Cameron and his mob over the line ?

I don't know much about UK Politics but Cameron seems to have been doing a reasonable job, if any Politician anywhere can be accused of doing a reasonable job.

    What say you Brits ?

Well two leaders have just stepped down due to their disastrous results. Ed milinand (labour) and nick cleg (lib dems)
Interesting election for the UK especially in Scotland where the snp too all but 3 seats which were mostly labour before.
At last a non coalition government albeit a small majority.
Edited to say make that three as Nigel farage just stepped down as the ukip leader and so it goes on!

Interesting possibilities in the near future: Another referendum in Scotland with the result the (SNP backed) wish to stay in or completely join the EU and the referendum in England (as promised by Cameron) whether or not to sever the ties between the UK and the EU. Obviously only interesting when the EU still exists by that time.....

    UKIP 3.8m votes = 1 MP
    Greens 1.1m votes = 1 MP
    SNP 1.5m votes = 56 MPs

    Fair and square :whistling:

Cameron came up trumps with an increased majority as I understand it, is that correct ? From my limited knowledge of UK Politics, that sounds like good news..........:cool:

:jawdrop:That of course depends which side of the coin you live on. If you are a Pensioner it could be disastrous especially living here. or anywhere outside the UK.
