    Law of gross tonnage applies. He who is the biggest has the right of way. (Vehicle tonnage is not the only thing to consider though as you must factor in the weight of the driver's cajones as well.....and some have some huge cajones in the Philippines. It's not unusual for a scooter to outweigh a ceres bus.)
