My wife just heard on the radio that they stopped issuing the new plates because they are easy to break. I paid for ours last December and never received them. Hmmm, I wonder what those funds are being used for?
Is Dumaguete still operating with the same LTO Chief that was transferred from Carcar? If you take a look at how screwed up that city is is there any question as to why the plates weren't issued out? I doubt it had anything to do with the places being easy to break.
