    Interesting, my Mother used hydrogen peroxide on us kids growing up, to include cleaning ears. I may be old school but will continue to use, especially to make sure the pup is healing as well as bactine the vet recommended and the topical ointments.

    Just putting out there. I still use hydrogen peroxide because I like the bubbles and alcohol because of the pain even though I know it probably doesn't help anything. :wink:

    What a BS article, scabs are no longer a process of healing??

    I don't think they were saying it wasn't part of the healing "process" but that it actually slows the healing time down and will increase chances of scarring/re-injuring the wound.
